Roshan 30 relies on the exemption from holding a financial adviser's licence under section 23(1)(f) of the Financial Advisers Act 2001, read with regulation 27(1)(d) of the Financial Advisers Regulations, and has notified the Monetary Authority of Singapore accordingly.
